One simultaneous Turkmenistan line per account
Scope
These special terms supplement the SIPCO ONLINE LLP service offer for minute packages to Turkmenistan. The version being accepted is shown before purchase. Minutes, price, the validity displayed at purchase, starting on activation, 60/60 billing, queue and renewal are shown in the account. A prepaid queued package starts its validity on activation. Unused minutes become unavailable when minutes or validity end; without another package, the next call uses the normal rate with sufficient balance.
One line and personal use
A package is supplied for one customer’s personal use. One simultaneous covered outgoing call to Turkmenistan (+993) is allowed per account, shared across the web account and all SIP devices. This does not set an overall limit for other countries: their normal rules and monetary charging remain. Additional purchases or devices do not add package lines.
No sharing or resale
Sharing account access with outsiders to consume the package, distributing or reselling package minutes, using the account as a trunk or gateway to serve third parties, and mass or automated calling on their behalf are prohibited. Using your own web and SIP devices for your personal calls is not itself misuse.
Review and action
On reasonable indications of misuse or a security threat, the operator may temporarily restrict package use or account access to the extent needed for review. The customer is told the reason and how to contact support through an available channel, unless notice is legally restricted or creates a security risk. Following confirmed misuse, the operator may proportionately restrict or terminate package provision and/or account access. An authorised staff member reviews the matter before deciding; customers may ask for reconsideration. Suspicion alone does not automatically annul paid minutes or unconditionally forfeit payment.
Records and refunds
Purchase, minute and financial records are retained. Cancelling a paid package before activation through the account refunds its full price to the buyer’s balance once; this cancellation control is unavailable after activation. Refund claims following restriction or termination are considered according to the circumstances, contract and applicable law. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights, complaint rights or legally required refunds; no unconditional forfeiture based on suspicion alone is imposed.
Acceptance
Before confirming a new purchase, the customer can read this version and use a separate consent checkbox that is not preselected. Consent and purchase are bound to the account, operation, server time, language and document hash. Consent concerns that purchase; renewal is a separate choice. Existing operations and previous consent are not rewritten retrospectively. Merely showing this text neither disables existing renewal nor records it as newly accepted.
